A more powerful version of our entry level battery with 50% more capacity, comprising of 6 x NCR18650B cells with a total capacity of approximately 50Wh, this is the highest capacity 8.4V battery you can buy in this size. That's why the same cells are used in the Tesla™ Models S and X.®
A BMS is fitted to help protect your battery from over charging or under-discharging. It will also disconnect the supply to the cable in the event of a short circuit.
The protective insulator is made of high-impact polystyrene (not cardboard or paper) and there is a generous 20cm of AWG 16 cable with a female DC 5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel connector.
